Thursday, August 11, 2022 - Open THAT Bottle - at Joe's (Joe's House): Nice Rose Champagne....red fruit, yeast and some seashell...nice balance between acid and fruit. A very serviceable Champagne, and nice Rose! 90-91 points with no problem! Had this with a caprese salad...went OK....then with a watermelon salad (watermelon, onion and a blue cheese or Gorgonzola), and it went much better with that!
