Sunday, October 25, 2020 - Ripe dark red fruits and orange rind. Big and rich but with enough acidity to keep things from getting unruly. Fruit forward and crowd-pleasing style, yet lacks finesse. Lightly spritzy. This wine screams Sonoma Coast. While enjoyable enough, QPR is lacking. Does not drink the way I want a Pinot to drink. I don’t see this improving with more age, though it’s certainly going to be fine to hold for a handful more years.
