Wednesday, December 15, 2021 - First bottle of the family trip and it was a good one. Glassware at rental left much to be desired but regardless of that detal we enjoyed this 2007 Rive Droite.

Garnet in color. The fruit still has a lot of life yet while still introducing second and tertiary notes. My only point reduction on this would be the amount of oak/vanilla notes that seem to overshowed the complexity and layers behind the scenes. No decant and consumed over 2 hours.

Drink or hold.
