Saturday, February 24, 2024 - It took quite a while for this wine to come out of its shell (2+ hours), but once it did, it was a pleasant experience. Had a level of acidity that was a bit surprising and fairly thin for Pauillac. Some fruit, but mostly tertiary notes. Tobacco, cedar.
