Sunday, January 11, 2015 - Same bottle as previous Coravin sample, but this was much more expressive. Coffee, herb and mint on the nose. Nice open core of currants and some mint on the palate. Lengthy finish. This came across a quite typical for the estate, if a little understated compared to the big vintages. Based on the differences in how this bottle showed, seemed to need a slow-ox if drinking today.
