Sunday, March 19, 2017 - Second Sunday Group: Montalcino (Leon's): Aromas of red fruit, tobacco and roasted bell pepper becoming more blue- and black-fruited as it sits in the glass. Has a terrific herbal/green overtone. Balanced. Medium firm tannins. Black fruit and plum dominates the palate. Tasty, but still young. Wait another five. 92-93+ pts.
