Sunday, May 31, 2020 - Second bottle in 2 days. Super crumbly cork. The wine however is fabulous! Open and welcoming. Almost Burgundian spice and floral notes. Mid weight and a lighter Bordeaux but not the worse for it. Very gentle, caressing, easy to drink and enjoy. Nice cassis and soil and leather notes but very fresh and clean. So easy to drink. Not the most complex and don’t see this getting much better so crack open your bottles and enjoy. Best served at a cool feeling 15-16C and it is even more refreshing and delicious.
