Saturday, March 7, 2009 - Classic Bordeaux in every sense of the word -- cedar, smoked meat, black fruit and a 45-second finish. This is a beautiful wine tht is drinking beautifully now, but promises to age effortlessly for 20 more years (if you can wait that long).
