Sunday, September 17, 2023 - Pausing for the Cause Fundraiser and Dinner (Obelix - Chicago IL): I only gave this 10-15 minutes of air before serving, and that did this wine a disservice. Big and rich character begrudgingly emerged, this wine also lengthened and broadened as it opened up. Lots here. 93 points by the last tasted.
