Sunday, April 7, 2013 - This wine is predominantly Pinot Noir with some Chardonnay as well. No exact figures given. The dosage is 8 grams and no oak used. The result is a wine with an expressive bouquet of brioche and minerals. On the palate a lot of minerals as well. Very full bodied, a bit drying in the finish and some pleasant oxidized and nutty impressions. A lot of finesse, freshness and complexity. Very tasty bubble. 93-94
