Tuesday, April 14, 2020 - 30 minutes of air before drinking (suggested). Gold color. On the nose a little toasty but less than expected. On palate, very much a masculine, rich and full-bodied champagne. Lost of grapefruit and citrus, high acid and in my view a very good food champagne. Drinking very well now, more life ahead for sure. Compared to the PR Vintage Brut this is more of everything. Big personality in the room
