Saturday, December 24, 2016 - Tasted through 2 nights comparing with Combe des Fous 2003. Right after open these bottles, this Grand Veneur tastes more open and felt lots of berries (mostly red) and great acidity. Combe des Fours tastes more serious and a bit closed with blue-black berries. color was bright purple and long finish.
It is just beginning of maturity and feels like last another 5years stay on peak.Better than 4 years ago.
