Saturday, December 2, 2017 - Saturday Blind Tasting - Bordeaux '03 and Older (Chevalier Fine Wines): Blind. Gorgeous, big nose of smoky, toasty, earthy plum fruit. The palate is red fruited with excellent concentration. Bright with good, sweet fruit. All is in harmony and this tastes at peak. Excellent.
