Thursday, January 30, 2014 - A private dinner (Restaurant Silvio Nickol **, Palais Coburg, Vienna, Austria): Base wine 2008. Very pale colour for a Blanc de Noirs, very fine bead: Fruit-forward and open, floral, very clean, fresh and precise, with a lovely minerality; good length. Very precise winemaking here.
