Sunday, October 11, 2009 - Colour: Red w a tinge of brown, medium dense. Nose: Sweet licorice and a hint of wet cardboard. Palate: Ripe. Red fruit and more sweet licorice. Just a hint of residual tannins towards the end. This has beautiful balance but quaere whether it will keep much longer.
