Friday, October 20, 2023 - A lovely Pauillac! Powerful and complex. Decanted 5 hours which was just about right. Lovely nose and still very fresh. I would say it’s just entering its plateau and will be at its best for the next 3-5 years. Great lingering finish. No need to wait much more. Open now, give it some air and enjoy!
