Wednesday, February 2, 2011 - A good wine but still a little tight. Dark fruit, cherries, red currant and a touch of tobacco. the decanted part showed much cedar, but we preferred the big red fruit of the undecanted version, (Open 60 minutes no decant). Best with roast chicken. Better with 1-2 years of age.
