Thursday, October 3, 2013 - Purple garnet with medium viscosity in the glass. Nose of cedar, spice, stewed prune, saddle hide, black fruit, licorice, pepper, tobacco, cocoa and camphor. Med-full body and spicy with chewy dark fruit, prune, spice, mint, licorice, sage, cocoa and tobacco. Secondary tart red fruit and smoke. Extracted with a decent backbone. Long finish.
