Monday, March 9, 2020 - Still a little primary. Purple, red and pink fruits are rather diffuse and vague. Clay, orange zest, dried grass, pressed flowers, mushrooms and pine needles provide pleasant intrigue, but in the end I think this just needs a few more years to blossom. Tight and taut on the palate, with a delectable interplay of fresh juiciness, slightly bitter fruit skins and pith, and subtle umami notes; this is really good but I think it's still developing.
