Wednesday, February 7, 2024 - PnP served as after dinner quaff, recorked and stored in Somm du Vin for 3 days, note from day 4. Appearance: Clear, pale amber. Nose: Clean, medium+ intensity with developed aromas of nuts - almond & cashew, flor, stewed peach, and caramelized onions. Palate: Dry, medium- acid, medium+ body, medium+ intensity, 19% abv with flavors of almond, yeast, caramelized onion, and bitter peach with a medium+ finish.

Overall, shows a fair amount of complexity but a bit challenging on the palate, with the 19% abv an added challenge. Still I found this interesting and enjoyable in small dosage.
