Sunday, April 30, 2023 - Popped and poured. This needs 30 minutes of air to come together. Lemon rind, seashells and white flowers on the nose. The wine is lipid but adds complexity with air. Fairly full bodied, retaining good fruit concentration while also being nicely balanced.
