Tuesday, November 3, 2009 - Had this at Public in NYC. Light color for a CC, nice nose of lemon, orange rind, and a bit of ocean air. Light to meduim bodied with streak of minerality, nice acidity, very focused and fresh, but leaner than any CC I've had before. Fortunate to taste a non-premoxed bottle and seems like it could go another 7-8 yrs.
