Friday, April 15, 2011 - After two indifferent bottles (one too young, the other one deviant), finally a stellar performance from Bonneau's Charlie. I concur with Remington Norman's appraisal of the wine: the nose is fresh and aromatic (apple and lime) with secondary flavours, mouthfeel is opulent and round, full bodied and the memorable finish is long with a nutty recall. No oxydative character at all: the iron fist in the velvet glove. Superb!
