Saturday, December 17, 2011 - Julia's Graduation. Light green-gold colour - young with no premix. Nose complex and characterful with White peach, green apple, barley sugar and touch of pineapple. Palate intense and long with minerality in spades on the back palate with complex fruit notes in the foreground. Ageing slowly and gracefully.
