Sunday, June 3, 2012 - Boys weekend at the Cabin. This was poured into a clean bottle about 6 hrs prior to consumption and in retrospect more air would have been beneficial. Surprisingly delicate aromatics for the vintage, very clean no premox. Slight hibiscus aromas, must & white pepper. Vervey and sneaky in it's unasuming personality. Better the next night -this can age for many more years. Give it another few years.
