Friday, September 7, 2012 - Probably needed a little more time to breathe than I gave it (which was hardly anything). Although perfectly fine, the last glass was much better (richer, fuller, etc) than the first. No oxidization whatsoever. I will wait a bit for the next one, and let it breathe (or even decant) for at least an hour.
