Saturday, September 4, 2021 - This time I decanted the bottle and left for aeration a couple of hours. The wine was singing. Deep golden yellow color, very dense texture to the wine. Nose dominated by rocks, golden yellow apples and butter. On the palate very fat entry, went very well with pate de foie gras, very lucious and a buttery long finish with good lift and minerality. Wine is at full maturity but is not in decline. Delicious.
