Thursday, August 17, 2006 - Subtly briny manzanilla aroma with a sweetness on the nose that makes the crisp dryness on the palate surprising. Lightly nutty, a fine, complex sherry in the manzanilla pasada style, just a tad richer than other manzanillas. Long, long finish, fantastic with jamon, almonds, cheese, crudo.
