Saturday, April 6, 2019 - Excellent manzanilla, maybe my favorite. Very fresh nose of green apple with a distinct marine quality. Wonderful salinity on the palate with good acid balance, medium texture, palate has almonds, seaweed, more fruit. Long finish. This is what it’s all about.
