NOSE: high-toned red-fruits; reminds me of a raspberry lambic; hint of wood; medium- expressiveness.
BODY: medium-light bodied; ruby color, of medium depth, with bricking at edges.
TASTE: very acidic – a touch sour; red-fruited flavors of medium-light concentration; a touch austere, with slightly drying tannins coming through on the finish; 13.0% alc. not noticeable; slight gamy quality; hint of oak; touch of green/olive astringency. Speaks of the vintage. Glad I opened this now, as I don't see this getting any better --- this may already be on its gradual downslope. Drink Now.
