Wednesday, November 20, 2013 - Bright red, very transparent and bright. Evidently not dense or extracted - even a bit pale/watery at the bricking edges. Nose of earth, dried cherries. Fresh is the first word I think of, then earthy and savory with a touch of sweetness and a bit of bitterness/spiciness coming from the stems. Some tannin on the finish. A good drink now.
