Wednesday, July 21, 2021 - lots of red cherry and red fruits like hawthorn at the beginning. The aroma is cool and mineral. After aeration, it's getting more and more tea, dry flower, dry leaves, smoke, grass, roasted leaves.
Looking for more acidity, tannin and concentration in this bottle. In addition it's not that clos de la roche.
