Sunday, November 20, 2011 - Nice dry white Bordeaux with decent finish - green apple, grapefruit and lime leaf with medium body.
40% Sauvignon Blanc, 40% Semillion & 20% Muscadelle.
Great for the price point.
While certainly a refreshing summer evening option as an apertif as suggested in other notes, it is also robust enough to complement a fall/winter meal of roast chicken, too.
