Friday, October 27, 2017 - Nebbiolos, white truffles, Volume II (Chicago, IL): A really interesting bottle of Barbaresco -- this showed a fairly dark fruit profile, with fine-grained tannins that were still very prominent. I like the touch of polish here that you find from the sweet fruit. Quite dense, but the freshness keeps this going.
