Tuesday, December 7, 2010 - Very enjoyable. Mostly cherries/plum and a backdrop of loam. The oak was pretty substanstial and I hope it will become more integrated. Big mouth feel. Just rough around the edges and finish is still a bit tight. We popped and poured. This may act better with some air.
