Monday, February 16, 2004 - Sauvignon Blanc (Walnut Creek, Ca.): Nose of beeswax, honey, melon, and citrus, more of the same on the palate, light/medium body, tasty, always pleasant and usually consumed in summer but part of the tasting surprise for friends, mouth filling fruit, atypical blended white, like a dry Sauterne, and a medium finish.
