Saturday, February 20, 2021 - Senior wine, its showing secondary and terciary aromas. Tannins have softenned inmensly, it’s smooth and easy to drink. Its earthy, dark red fruit, minerals and spices. Its drinking beautifully, but its about ready to start hitting the slope to go down. It will not get better.
