Saturday, June 2, 2012 - 2009 Bordeaux arrivage tasting (Baur au Lac Hotel, Zurich): This was surprising as it was really different from all the other 2009 Bordeaux tasted today.
Sunday roast, bacon, lemon, this needs a lot of time but could become very very good in 10 years time.
