Saturday, June 24, 2017 - Hermesbach 32 I dont think further aeration would necessarily improve the enjoyment of the wine a couple of hours is just fine. Interestingly you can still find this wine at the same price as the recently released 2016 vintage. And its ready to enjoy !!!
