Monday, March 19, 2018 - still a baby, but starting to strut it's stuff
After a 1-2 hour decant began to reveal it's secrets
blueberries then earth then pencil lead but evolving over the evening, almost with every sip
Yet better the second day after a little more integration
Simply outstanding
