Saturday, September 22, 2018 - Nose: Beautiful black fruit, cedar, graphite and pops of red berry and cherry notes. Palate: Multi-dimensional and perhaps the best of the night. Black fruit, smoke, graphite, cedar and red cherry. Finish: Softer tannin than expected, but quite nice. Not at all overly drying and carries the fruit beautifully.

I might actually say ready now with proper decanting, but for those of you looking to keep this for decades pop a few and see how they hang out. No conviced this is a long haul Barton.
