Monday, February 20, 2012 - 2008 seems tricky while I was tasting in Napa. Seems like some producers might've picked a bit too early. So far, the better producers I've tasted from all have very powerful and intense 2008s.
The 2008 Insignia serves as proof. Invigorating! Already a monster right now and will outlive even the 2009s.
