Tuesday, February 28, 2012 - I completely disagree with the comments that this is too young to drink now. Of course it will improve even more, but I thoroughly enjoyed this wine as-is. After a short decanting, the nose was ripe and extremely potent with cassis and licorice. Midpalate was really weighty and finish was absolutely intense with cassis, red/blue fruits, charcoal and especially black licorice and as you'd expect, the finish just goes on and on. Love the moderate grip on the end.

I might consider purchasing again. In my opinion, not quite worth the $160 price tag.
