Monday, July 24, 2017 - Very similar to previous bottle. Gave this 3 hours of aeration. Had this with a sirloin. Wonderful wine aeromatics and palate, telltale Phelps flavor profile. I recommend a 3 or 4 hour decant and finish on the first day.
