Tuesday, January 1, 2019 - Decanted 2 hours and paired it with a grilled, bone-in ribeye and macadamia nut crusted ahi tuna. Lovely color and nose, brimming with red fruits. Tannins still not fully integrated and took about 4 hours to soften. Long, long finish. Still needs more time - 5 years I bet. Really good wine - glad I have a lot more!
