Thursday, December 24, 2020 - (Disgorged in October 2008, 56% Pinot Noir, 11% Meunier and 33% Chardonnay, dosage 4 gr/l)
Delicious golden yellow colour with an endless stream of very fine bubbles and a wonderful maturity showing butterscotch, figs and citrus flowers in a very pleasant way. Smoothing lemon acidity combined with some brown butter and lengthy balanced finish showing a lime bitterness. Wow! This has really evolved with the extra decade of post-disgorgement time and show no signs of decline coming soon..
