Monday, November 28, 2016 - This is a property of which I am very enthusiastic so expectations were high, not disappointed. The wine is terrifically harmonious and complete; very soulful. Preserved lemons mostly in the nose but imbued with an apricot aroma; not bitten nor even cut simply picked up an sniffed deeply. Very supple in the mouth. No reason to wait except for the right occasion.
