  Wow! Amazing nose: lanolin, wax, honey, citrus, florals, herbs, straw... this is as complex as it gets. 3 hours in the glass and it does not budge. I wonder if this will improve but it should keep on for at least 10 years. Incredible structure and presence, great wine.

  from 2013 ex-chateau magnum. a little acetone in the nose at first, pretty ripe, flinty, with lovely lemon citrus notes.

  Golden pale yellow. Restraint, intensely mineral nose with quince. Very savory, masculine, non fruity palate. A wine for men may I say. Lean, dry but creamy enough to support its seriousness.

  This is a property of which I am very enthusiastic so expectations were high, not disappointed. The wine is terrifically harmonious and complete; very soulful. Preserved lemons mostly in the nose but imbued with an apricot aroma; not bitten nor even cut simply picked up an sniffed deeply. Very supple in the mouth. No reason to wait except for the right occasion.
