Saturday, February 27, 2021 - Coravin- fun, so poured a full Bourgogne glass, choose this vintage cause found some other bottles in a very good condition right now, and the 2009 vintage is more open than others,
the nose is full of herbs and meaty aromas, flowered, earthy, in the background some dark fruit,
the palate shows nearly the same, not much fruit today, a lot of steak meat and forest floor, good spicy flow, all on the very elegant side, not much weight but deepness of flavors here, think, needs some more time in the bottle to reveal more, very long intense finish, not sure how to rate this, **(*-****), around 91, 92(+) potential, for today

Better around 2029 or so ... but if coravined I don't know.
I am plenty of red burgundy, also of Riesling a Good Samaritan sent me, so because you can't pass over Spain next mouths, don't hesitate to ask me for a bottle from my cellar. It will be a pleasure to send to north. Please feel free to check it out and stop using supposed neutral argon :-)

I got some more bottles from this estate, so thank you very much for your kind offer!
Frankly I got loads of bottles in my house and cellar, lots of Bourgogne among these,
just thinking about selling hundreds cause getting older and consuming less,
so Coravin is a try to get a sip from some of these bottles, like you I am really not sure if this Argon infects the quality, but I take that risk!

Pero yo pienso, que nada sera como solía ser!
