Friday, January 14, 2022 - Pale ruby with a slightly tawny rim. Feels quite restrained on the nose - maybe a bit cold, there’s a bit of red fruit and tar. The palate is still dominated by the tannins, there’s lots of grip and good acidity. Underneath that there’s cherry fruit and a little floral character that appears with time. Good intensity of flavour. Via Coravin.
